For health and safety reasons, intimate products cannot be returned once opened or used.

Only items that are defective or damaged on receipt can be replaced or refunded.

● A photo or video of the product

We will evaluate the situation and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be being processed.
